In 1737, the Trattlerhof was the scene of a proper crime story. Read here how Paul Zopf, a shyster lawyer hired by none other than the Emperor himself, embezzled 3000 gulden. During his attempted escape, the Trattler landlord recognised him and had him arrested on the spot.
You prefer romantic fairy-tales to detective stories? Well, listen in on “The Story of the Black Horse”, which doesn’t start with “Once upon a time…”, but like this. Book an experience package such as the "Winemakers on the Mountain” at the Trattlerhof and write your personal holiday story!


Songs at the Einkehr

Good snow conditions are just as much a part of skiing as proper après-ski with some traditional “Gaude”. “Gaude” means something like enjoyment, entertainment, joy and fun – all of which is guaranteed at Trattlers Einkehr, the chalet restaurant in the valley. Every day brings something different: Let us rock you with live music on Tuesday, enjoy a campfire on Wednesday. Thursday is Swing night and on Friday, curling is on the cards.
