With the “Einkehr”, the Trattlerhof has recreated all the chalet romance you would find in an alpine holiday village. The special feature: both at lunchtime and in the evening, the chalet restaurant has become a sort of “culinary outpost” of the Trattlerhof; but instead of being situated where you would most expect to find a traditional chalet, such as on one of the Carinthian Nockberge Mountains or on an alpine pasture, it is right in the centre of Bad Kleinkirchheim, not far from the St. Kathrein Thermal Spa. It is not just the sun terrace and the cosy dining rooms that will entice you into the Einkehr, but also the seductive scents from the kitchen:
As well as regional delicacies, the menu also includes popular tasty dishes such as veal steaks from Austrian calves, the moist Carinthian Reindling cake or all-time hits with children such as pizzas and delicious burgers.
It is not just by chance that the Einkehr is also a member of the successful gastro initiative “GenussWirt” and features in the Falstaff Guide with 81 points and one fork…
