We charge an additional fee of €20 per night for your four-legged friend (food not included). Please note that only one pet is allowed per room.

Your pet must be kept on a leash in all public areas of the hotel and must not be left unattended at any time.

Please understand that pets are not allowed in the restaurant area. If you are unable to leave your pet alone in your room during meal times, please let us know in advance. We will be happy to arrange a place for your companion in the bar area. For hygiene reasons, access to the wellness area is not permitted.

If you leave your pet alone in your hotel room, please hang the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the outside of your door. None of our staff will enter the room; if you would like your room cleaned, please take this into account.

We are happy to recommend suitable walking routes around the hotel and in Bad Kleinkirchheim. Please observe the grazing rules and do not get too close to grazing animals under any circumstances!

Pets must always sleep on the floor in the hotel room. Sofas, beds, chairs and the terry towels provided are reserved for two-legged guests, otherwise we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of €35.00.

What if something happens?

Please understand that we will have to charge you for any damage caused by your pet.

If you need to take your pet to the vet during your vacation, we will be happy to help you find a vet nearby and make an appointment for you.

To ensure that you and all our guests travelling without pets can enjoy a pleasant holiday with us, we ask you to observe the pet rules.

  • Surcharge of €20 per night and pet (excluding food)
  • Only one pet allowed per room
  • Leashes must be worn throughout the hotel
  • No pets allowed in the restaurant area
  • No pets allowed in the wellness area.
  • No pets allowed on the beds or any furniture.
  • Please hang the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door when your dog is in the hotel room.
