20.05., Monday – Day 1 – Yoga Focus "I love my back….."
The best cure against back pain is the strengthening of core and back muscles. This day will activate up to 500 muscles of your body – and focuses on strengthening and relaxing muscles in your back. Surya Namaskar („sun salutation“) is the best known sequence of Asanas (yoga postures) of the Hatha Yoga tradition and is seen as a warm up practice. Symbolically the sun, the earth, the sky and the fire are revered. Also inside your body you will feel heat and fire.

8:30 a.m.: Yoga lesson, approx. 60 minutes:
Sun salutation for your back – based on a healthy yoga style 

11:00 a.m.: *) Pranayama practice – re-discover the full breath, approx. 30 minutes
                   *) Meditation, approx. 20 minutes

4:30 p.m.: Yoga workshop „Yoga and your back“, approx. 30 minutes

5:00 p.m.: Yoga lesson, approx. 60 minutes:
Strength from your inner core (building up of back, abdominal and pelvic floor muscles, as well as training and feeling their interaction)

21.5., Tuesday - Day 2: Yoga Focus "Strong base"
Strengthen your core, i.e. your lower back and abdominal muscles with Asanas and exercises from the body-weight training (light training with your own body weight). Focus on your core, the centre of your inner energy, with breathing and mediation exercises.

8:30 a.m. – Yoga lesson, approx. 60 minutes: 
Start your day with a yoga flow for your core! 

11:00 a.m.: *) Pranayama practice – re-discover the full breath, approx. 30 minutes
                   *) Meditation, approx. 20 minutes

4:30 p.m.: Yoga workshop "Strength and relaxation with yoga in your daily life “, approx. 30 minutes: 
Simple exercises for you to practice at home: taken from the yoga practice and strength training with variations at different intensity levels to strengthen your core. 

5:00 p.m.: Yoga, breathing and meditation, approx. 60 minutes: 
Finish your day with yoga and breathing exercises as well as a meditation for a strong core full of energy! 

22.05., Wednesday, Day 3 – Yoga Focus "Strengthening heart and circulation“ 
Follow a yoga tradition based on a lesson by Dean Onish to strengthen the heart and the circulation. It consists of 12 Asanas (yoga postures), progressive muscle relaxation, three breathing exercises, mediation, and visualisation.

11:00 a.m.: *) Pranayama practice – re-discover the full breath, approx. 30 minutes
                   *) Meditation, approx. 20 minutes

5:00 p.m.:  Yoga lesson, approx. 60 minutes

8:00 p.m.: Book presentation by Uwe Träger - "Wellness as a chance for religious practice“ (in German) 

23.5., Thursday - Day 4: Meditation Focus "Inner balance and mindfulness"

Trainer: Romana Hauptmann, Gesundheitstrainerin für Entspannung und Energetik, www.silence4you.at

8:30 a.m.: Morning meditation with light activation and energy breathing, approx. 45 minutes 
Exercises to start fresh in your day. Light activation of the body. Circulation and metabolism will be warmed up. Take up energy for the day and let go of exhaustion.

11:00 a.m.: Walking meditation followed by a meditation with singing bowls, approx. 50 minutes
Through mindful walking you can rediscover your connection to earth and become aware of your path. We connect breathing with the rhythm of your walk and feel the connection to nature. Thereafter relaxation accompanied by singing bowls. 

4:30 p.m.: Meditation workshop, approx. 30 minutes 
What is meditation and which types of meditation can we exercise? Introduction into theory and practice of meditation. 

5:00 p.m.: Relaxation breathing and meditation on thankfulness, approx. 60 minutes
Mindfulness exercises to finish the day in a relaxing way: we breathe into a deep relaxation and end the day thankful for the experiences.
