Best Flexible Rate:
Flexible rate with free cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival, no deposit required
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival and rebooking possible (upon payment of the price difference), 70% cancellation fee up to 1 week before arrival, thereafter 100% cancellation fee. No deposit required, provide credit card details to guarantee booking

Saver Rate:
5% discount on the rate, no cancellation possible, 100% advance payment
Bookings cannot be cancelled or changed; bookings are possible from 29 days prior to arrival until the date of arrival
100% deposit of the tour price is due at the time the booking is made

Early Bird:
10% early bird discount, cancellation subject to charge, 100% advance payment
Can be booked up to 30 days prior to arrival, 100% deposit of the tour price is due at the time the booking is made

Long Stay:
10% discount for stays of 7 nights and longer, cancellation is possible up to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% deposit required
10% discount for stays of 7 nights and longer, bookings possible until the day of arrival

General cancellation conditions:
(applies to bookings already made before November 5th, 2023)

Cancellations are accepted only in written form!

- Until 30 days before arrival: free of charge
- Until 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total price
- From 7 - 1 days before arrival: 90% of the total price
- Late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total price

The cancellation conditions apply irrespective of whether the cancelled rooms are re-let in full or in part.
The right of cancellation according to § 11 para 1 FAAG does not apply.

 

Arrival

Hotel Trattlerhof:

On arrival, the rooms are ready for occupancy from 3 pm. On your departure, we ask you to vacate the rooms by 11 am.
Prices are per person/night including half board, wellness programme, in-house sports facilities and entertainment programme.

Trattlers Hof-Chalets:

Check-in is from 4 pm, and check-out is until 10 am.
Prices are per bedroom/night excluding board and final cleaning.
