European Bowhunter Championship 2024

From June 21 to 29, 2024, bowhunting enthusiasts from across the continent will gather to showcase their skills, determination and passion for this ancient and captivating outdoor adventure. Be there at the EBHC 2024 in Bad Kleinkirchheim!

The BSC Bad Kleinkirchheim provides the organizing committee and a competent team of helpers with around 80 employees to organize the EBHC2024.

The people in charge have years of expertise in organizing and running international archery tournaments with several hundred participants.

EBHC 2023 in Bad Kleinkirchheim: The most important things in brief!

The ÖBSV (Austrian Bowhunters Association) invites you to the IFAA European Bowhunter Championship 2024 in Bad Kleinkirchheim from June 21st to 29th.

The majestic mountains and lush valleys provide the perfect backdrop for this prestigious championship. With state-of-the-art facilities and a carefully designed course, participants and spectators alike can experience the thrill of archery at its finest.

Event Details

The EBHC (IFAA European Bowhunter Championship) takes place next to the valley station of the Kaisburgbahn: Schneerosenweg, 9546 Bad Kleinkirchheim.

Registration is still possible until April 30, 2024. Details on the accreditation of team captains, delegates, media representatives and VIPs as well as the exact schedule and schedule can be found at EBHC 2024.

The EBHC 2024 festival area with OK office, bow control, registration, bullet point, information and event tent is located directly at the valley station

Kaiserburgbahn.

Hubmann Gerhard, reigning world champion in Crossbow Mokrice 2022, organizer of numerous tournaments in Austria & responsible for setting up and planning many tournaments in Austria, and Takatsch Helmut, European Champion 2018 Oberwiesenthal, specialized in course building as well as setting up and planning numerous tournaments, are responsible for the course planning and course construction in Carinthia.

 

The courses

A maximum of 12 courses are planned for the EBHC 2024. Each course has at least 1 refreshment station and 2 water stations. The BSC Bad Kleinkirchheim takes over the refreshment stations, so this is guaranteed. The courses are located in varied terrain and offer all participants an extraordinary archery experience and a breathtaking view.

The practice and shooting range is located directly on the festival grounds.

*SGS Spittal 30 minutes by car

*BSC Velden 40 minutes by car

TRAIN:

The nearest train station is in Spittal/D, Klagenfurt or Villach. From

From these stations you can take the post bus to Bad every hour
